CLIENT WORK
WEB DESIGN
I worked with Ampersand Design Studio at the University of San Francisco, helping build the studio’s brand and digital presence while also creating client work for university department and initiatives.
A NEW DESIGN STUDIO FOR REAL-WORLD WORK.
Ampersand Design Studio, ran by Prof. Rachel Beth Egenhoefer, is for student designers at USF to gain real-world experience by working across university departments and San Francisco communities.
I worked alongside the brand designer to help create the studio’s brand and translate its message, personality, and mission into its website.
CONNECTING STUDENTS, CLIENTS & COMMUNITY.
The website came the digital home for Ampersand. Communicating what the studio is, why it exists, and the work students create through it.
The site brings together the studio’s mission and projects from across USF and the San Francisco community, giving the work a place to live and making the studio’s model visible to future students and collaborators.
BRAND. WEB. NEWSLETTER.
Through Ampersand, I worked with the Entrepreneurship & Innovation Department at USF to produce design work for their Entrepreneurship for All Initiative.
E4A is a resource for USF students and alumni funding personal projects, with the goal of helping people develop entrepreneurial skills through workshops, showcases, and project competitions.
03
NEWSLETTER
Designed newsletter emails and reusable templates for different announcements and audiences.
EIGHT ESTABLISHED WEBPAGES.
I collaborated with the brand and research team to design the E4A webpages within the university website, via Drupal.
The work translated the initiative’s goal and resources into a clear digital experience for students and alumni.
ONE INITIATIVE. MULTIPLE AUDIENCES.
I designed newsletter emails and reusable email templates for different announcements and audiences, helping E4A communicate opportunities, events, and updates consistently.
03 / THE EXPERIENCE
DESIGN THAT CONNECTS.
Ampersand gave me the opportunity to work across branding, web design, digital experiences, and client communication. From helping establish a new design studio to creating work for the people and organizations it serves.
