Investigate the travel booking experience and gathered information about how users interact with Airbnb.

My UX research work focuses on understanding how people experience products in real situations. Across these projects, I worked collaboratively to investigate user behavior, identify usability issues, gather feedback, and turn research findings into actionable insights.

TRAVEL EXPERIENCE

A collaborative UX research project examining the usability of Airbnb and how people navigate and interact with the travel booking experience.

Our research combined usability research and survey findings to identify patterns in the experience and develop recommendations for improving the product.

UNDERSTANDING THE JOURNEY

A collaborative research project exploring the user experience of Waymo through multiple research methods.

Our methodology combined user interviews, usability testing, and survey research to better understand experiences, expectations, and areas of friction.

HEURISTIC EVALUATION

A heuristic evaluation of Spirit Airlines’ travel website focused on identifying usability issues within a digital booking experience.

The evaluation used established usability principles to examine the interface and identify opportunities for improvement.

*Was conducted when in operation. Rest in peace for this airline service.

Across these projects, I’ve practiced looking beyond what an interface does to understand how people actually experience it. Research gives me a way to ask better questions, identify patterns, and translate observations into opportunities for design.

PRODUCT EVALUATION

A evaluation of an app presented by a guest developer, focused on examining the product experience and identifying usability considerations.

The project provided an opportunity to evaluate an early product experience and communicate observations from a UX perspective.
